Lindsay grew up in a small town in Northern BC where she developed a passion for animals and the outdoors. Since childhood she has had a strong affinity to care for animals, she grew up with several horses, a couple donkeys, two dogs, and two cats.
While she has an interest in large animal medicine she loves working with dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. She is looking forward to finding her passion in veterinary medicine while being able to grow and develop her skills with the Big Rock team.
She graduated from Lakeland College in 2021 with an Animal Health Technology diploma. During her time at Lakeland she was a Team Lead for the school’s Student Lead Clinic and obtained her Fear Free certification. She moved to the Foothills area with her polydactyl cat Gilbert and partner. In her spare time, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and reading.
